Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Arrieta Studio Art LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another with tracking information once it has shipped.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

1. Domestic Shipping ( within USA):

1. Local Delivery or Pickup (if offered):
   Local Pickup is optional and free. I offer local delivery only within 50 miles of the city region. All new customers will be requested to submit a shipping address for local delivery with no more than 50 miles within the region, customers will pay for local delivery and should be included in the invoice when paying for the order. If changes are will submit the required refund due to the client request. All products and original artworks are required to have insurance shipping for all deliveries, including shipping local, domestic and international. In the case if there are not available pick up/delivery  in the future, then you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time for pick up. 
2. International Shipping :
   We ship to select international destinations. Shipping time and rates vary by location. Customs, duties, insurances and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All packages must have shipping insurance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order directly on our website or with the shipping provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL).

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Arrieta Studio Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are marked as delivered. All packages delivered from artist studio must have shipping insurance. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please:

1. Check with your local post office or neighbors.
   
   
2. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
