Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another with tracking information once it has shipped.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We appreciate your patience!

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order directly on our website or with the shipping provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL).
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Arrieta Studio Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are marked as delivered. All packages delivered from artist studio must have shipping insurance. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please:
